智通财经APP讯，新沣集团(01223)发布公告，于2025年2月25日，公司(作为买方)拟向伊藤忠(作为卖方)购买新伊藤全部已发行股份之15%，代价为60万美元，将由公司于完成时或之前以现金支付予伊藤忠。
于本公告日期，新伊藤为公司非全资附属公司，由公司及伊藤忠分别持有85%及15% 权益。完成后，公司将持有新伊藤100%权益，新伊藤将成为公司全资附属公司。
新伊藤拥有稳健及广泛之销售及分销网络。自2020年12月新伊藤合资业务成立以来，新伊藤为集团配备了庞大的供应链网络，促进物流及存货监控，为“SKINS”产品提供有效的销售渠道。
展望将来，借着收购事项全面控制新伊藤，公司拟继续壮大“SKINS”业务。董事会认为收购事项将使集团全面控制新伊藤集团及提升营运效率。
