Xenia Hotels & Resorts' Q4 Adjusted FFO Falls, Revenue Increases; Provides 2025 Adjusted FFO Guidance

Xenia Hotels & Resorts (XHR) reported Q4 adjusted funds from operations Tuesday of $0.39 per diluted share, down from $0.41 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.39.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Dec. 31 was $261.8 million, up from $253.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $263.5 million.

The company said it expects 2025 adjusted FFO of $1.55 to $1.74 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.78.

The company shares were down nearly 2% in recent premarket activity.
