智通财经APP获悉，由于第四季度业绩不佳、以及一季度盈利指引不及预期，美国食品杂货配送公司Instacart母公司Maplebear(CART.US)周三收跌12.26%，创该股有史以来最大单日跌幅。
财报显示，Instacart Q4第四季度营收同比增长10%至8.83亿美元，但低于分析师平均预期的8.91亿美元。在GAAP会计准则下，净利润为1.48亿美元，较上年同期增长1300万美元;调整后的息税折旧摊销前利润(EBITDA)为2.52亿美元，同比增长27%。衡量销售产品价值的总交易价值(Gross transaction value)为86.45亿美元，同比增长10%。
与此同时，该公司预计，2025年一季度调整后的EBITDA在2.20亿至2.30亿美元之间，预测中值不及分析师平均预期的2.371亿美元;预计一季度总交易价值将在90亿至91.5亿美元之间，分析师平均预期为90亿美元。
数据显示，Maplebear股价在去年累计上涨超76%，并在今年2月19日涨至53.15美元/股的历史高位。不过，自那以后，该股股价已跌去超19%。
