2025年2月26日，近日，讯华高新与小米通讯技术有限公司签署了《小米专卖店/专区店合作协议》。合作期限为三年，协议主要内容为授权讯华高新建立小米之家湖北武汉武昌区武昌万象城汽车体验专卖店等。此合同的签订属于讯华高新的日常经营行为，不需要经过公司董事会及股东大会审议。小米通讯技术有限公司注册资本 32,000 万（美元），注册地址位于北京市海淀区西二旗中路 33 号院 6 号楼 9 层 019 号，统一社会信用代码为 91110108558521630L。讯华高新、公司控股股东、实际控制人与小米公司不存在关联关系，双方在产权、业务、资产、债权债务、人员等方面不存在可能或已经造成讯华高新对其利益倾斜的关系。本协议的签订符合讯华高新整体战略发展的布局，对公司经营业绩、市场拓展、销售前景均可产生积极影响，对公司独立性无重大不利影响，公司主要业务不会因履行该协议而对协议对方产生依赖性。有助于公司的持续稳定经营，符合公司发展战略规划和全体股东利益。但上述协议履行过程中可能遇到不可预计或不可抗力等因素的影响，导致协议无法全部履行完毕或终止的风险。相关备查文件为讯华高新与小米公司签署的《小米专卖店/专区店合作协议》 。
