Donaldson's Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; Fiscal 2025 Outlook Updated

Donaldson (DCI) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.83 per diluted share, up from $0.81 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.85.

Revenue for the fiscal quarter that ended Jan. 31 was $870 million, down from $876.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $908.3 million.

The company said it has narrowed its fiscal 2025 EPS outlook to a range of $3.60 to $3.68. That compares with its previous guidance of $3.56 to $3.72. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.64.

Sales for the current fiscal year are now projected to be either flat or grow by up to 4%, the company said. The company previously guided for 2% to 6% growth.

Donaldson's shares were up nearly 2% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
