新地(00016.HK) 与港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展的轻铁天荣站住宅项目第2期YOHO WEST PARKSIDE昨日(26日)起开放示范单位予公众参观，单日录得超过2,500人次参观。新地代理总经理胡致远表示，参观买家约七成来自新界区，其中约五成来自屯门元朗天水围区，余下两成来自新界其他地区；九龙区占约两成，港岛区则占约一成。项目今日(27日)起收票，最快有机会周末加推。
