子不语签署270万元智能广告系统合同
2月27日，子不语（02420）发布公告，浙江子不语与杭州数织于2025年2月27日签订了智能广告系统建设开发合同和智能广告订阅服务合同。根据合同，浙江子不语将委聘杭州数织提供智能广告系统建设开发服务，服务期限为2025年2月27日至2025年12月31日，系统开发费合计为270万元。
杭州数织为本公司的关连人士，其持股比例达到26.87%。此次签订的两个合同所涉及的交易合并计算后，适用百分比率超出0.1%但不足5%，因此需要遵守上市规则的相关申报、公告及年度审阅规定。智能广告系统建设开发合同的费用包括系统功能服务和基础广告服务，分别为184万元和86万元。
