2月28日，优必选（09880）发布公告，本公司已获得香港联合交易所批准，将4217万股H股上市并允许交易。
此次转化涉及17名股东，转化后H股占公司总股本的约9.55%。本次转化及上市将会使内资股的比例从25.54%降至16%，而H股的比例则由74.46%增加至84%。
公告中提到的主要参与股东包括杭州优知企业管理服务合伙企业，持有1420万股，占比3.21%；夏佐全持有689万股，占比1.56%。其他股东如深圳市进化论投资合伙企业和濮阳金融控股有限公司等也有相应的股份分配。
