董事会宣布下列董事委员会成员的变更，自2025年2月28日营业时间结束起生效：(a)Strippoli不再为常务委员会成员;(b)钟国斌不再为审核委员会、薪酬委员会及风险管理委员会各会的成员;(c)夏其才不再为审核委员会及风险管理委员会各会的成员;及(d)廖翠芳获委任为审核委员会、薪酬委员会及风险管理委员会各会的成员。
