格隆汇2月28日丨英皇国际(00163.HK)公告，于2025年2月28日，卖方英皇物业投资有限公司与买方英皇钟表珠宝(港澳)控股有限公司订立买卖协议，内容有关按代价约7980万港元(可予调整)买卖目标公司帝豪投资有限公司全部股权以及目标公司欠付卖方的待售贷款。代价乃包括(1)目标集团资产净值(经参考该物业公允市场估值)；及(2)待售贷款。
目标公司为一间于英属处女群岛注册成立的公司，由公司间接全资拥有。目标公司主要业务为投资控股。物业公司为于香港注册成立的有限公司，由目标公司直接全资拥有。物业公司从事物业投资业务及持有该物业。
集团定期检视其投资组合，以优化投资回报。经定期检视其投资组合后，集团认为该物业仅包括大厦最顶三层，透过重建以进一步提升租金收益或资产大幅增值的机会有限。经考虑上述理由，集团相信现在是时候出售该物业。
