智通财经APP讯，开源控股(01215)发布公告，本集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度(本年度)取得本公司拥有人应占溢利约3580万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(前期年度)则取得亏损约240万港元。
于本年度转亏为盈乃主要由于本年度Paris Marriott Hotel Champs-Elysees为本集团贡献的收益及毛利分别增加至约3.235亿港元及约8670万港元(前期年度：收益约 2.936亿港元及毛利约7050万港元);由于于本年度已收到悉数偿还的未偿还可换股债券本金及应计利息，故拨回本集团认购的三年期可换股债券(可换股债券)减值拨备约1200万港元;于本年度本集团未有提供予联营公司的贷款的减值拨备(前期年度：约820万港元)，惟部分被(其中包括)所得税拨备约1320万港元(前期年度：约330万港元)所抵销。
