智通财经APP讯，招商局置地(00978)发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占亏损上限估计约为人民币19亿元，而2023年同期公司拥有人应占溢利约为人民币1.33亿元。因此，于2024年12月31日公司拥有人应占保留溢利估计约为人民币75亿元。
公告称，公司拥有人应占负利润是在房地产市场不景气的背景下出于以下因素所致：(a)第一，房地产开发项目结转规模及毛利率较上年同期大幅下降，导致毛利总额同比大幅减少;及(b)第二，房地产市场下滑对所投资合营企业及联营企业的影响，导致2024财政年度合营企业及联营企业损益同比大幅减少。
