智通财经APP获悉，亿华通(02402)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.95%，报29.4港元，成交额898.56万港元。
消息面上，亿华通公布2024年度财报快报，按中国会计准则，实现营业总收入3.67亿人民币，同比下降54.2%；亏损由上年度2.43亿元扩大至4.53亿元。公司称，主要系经济环境的复杂严峻和燃料电池行业正处于产业化初期，公司产品燃料电池系统的销量下滑。
此外，亿华通近日公布，与旭阳集团订立不具法律约束力的合作意向协议。亿华通拟透过发行其A股方式，向旭阳集团收购定州旭阳100%股权及及募集配套资金。意向协议仅载列订约方对建议交易的初步意向。建议交易现仍处于初步筹划阶段。公开信息显示，旭阳氢能是旭阳集团为承载旭阳氢能产业发展设立的企业，目标以高纯氢生产、加氢站示范项目为起点，构筑旭阳氢能经营平台。
