Crown Holdings Raises Quarterly Dividend by 4%, to 26 Cents

Crown Holdings increased its dividend to 26 cents from 25 cents.

The new payout, equal to $1.04 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.2% based on Thursday's closing price of $87.89.

The company, which makes packaging products and equipment for consumer goods, said the higher dividend will be paid April 1 to shareholders of record as of March 18.
