消息面上，1月7日，北京通州发布消息，2025年，副中心将推进环球主题公园二三期项目谋划，加快顶点公园、海昌海洋公园等项目建设，推动“湾里”商业项目开业。国泰君安指出，海昌海洋公园以主题乐园为抓手签约多个知名IP，已落地奥特曼主题馆和航海王宝藏区域受追捧，有望继续实现IP商业化落地。
值得注意的是，2024年11月，海昌海洋公园宣布与一家产业基金订立无法律约束力的示意性条款清单，该基金计划认购海昌海洋公园发行的1亿美元可转换债券。这一潜在融资事项不仅将为公司带来资金，用于一般性公司资本开支和流动资金，还可能导致该基金成为公司的主要股东，并引入新的董事和高级管理层，建立重大战略合作关系，涉及公司目前及未来的业务。
