协合新能源拟于新加坡证券交易所进行第二上市
2月28日，协合新能源（00182）发布公告，公司拟于新加坡证券交易所进行第二上市。董事会表示，计划于2025年3月31日或前后提交相关申请，预计此次第二上市不会涉及新股份的发行或其他融资活动。完成第二上市后，公司已发行普通股将继续在香港联合交易所上市及交易。
公司认为，第二上市将有助于进入新加坡市场，提升其在该市场的地位，并扩大股东基础和未来融资渠道，长期有利于提升公司形象和证券流动性。然而，第二上市的实施将受多种因素影响，包括新交所及中国证券监管管理委员会的审批，因此并不保证一定能够顺利完成。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时需谨慎行事。
