霭华押业信贷(01319.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属公司霭华物业于周四(27日)，与借款人孙喆楠订立贷款协议。据悉，霭华物业同意向孙喆楠提供为期12个月，总值3,700万元的贷款，年息12%，期限为自提取日期起计12个月。
公告披露，抵押品为半山一个住宅物业连车位的第一法律押记，按揭和追加法律押记，按揭及租金转让书(如有)，物业估值总金额约为7,000万元。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
