消息面上，ASMPT公布2024年财报，期内销售收入132.29亿港元(16.9亿美元)，同比跌10%；纯利3.45亿港元，同比跌51.7%；派息共32港仙，上年同期派78港仙。集团预计2025年第一季度的销售收入将在3.7亿美元至4.3亿美元之间，以其中位数计按年持平，按季则下降9%。
高盛发表报告称，ASMPT的2024年第四季度收入按季增长2%，与该行预测基本一致，但毛利率为37.2%，则低于该行及市场预期的41.3%和40.8%。公司对2025年第一季度收入指引为按季下降15%至降1%，弱于该行及市场预测的按季下降4%和增长2%。麦格理指出，公司SMT业务将持续受压，由于终端市场疲软，令其面临巨大的销量及价格压力，该行相信，该情况将会持续下去，并有机会进一步侵蚀利润率。管理层表示，SMT订单能见度较低，尤其在汽车及工业等领域，目前表现疲软。
