智通财经APP讯，数科集团(02350)发布公告，公司已于2025年2月27日与边文斌先生(创始人股东)订立不具法律约束力的意向书，据此，公司以(但不限于)股权、贷款或可换股债券等形式投资(可能交易)中锦裕荣控股有限公司(于中国成立的有限公司)(目标公司，连同其附属公司统称“目标集团”)以及创始人股东拟与公司订立可能交易。公司及创始人股东亦表示，目标公司的总估值不得超过7000万港元。
据创始人股东描述，公司了解到目标公司是一家总部位于深圳的综合性企业，旗下拥有武汉青青时代网络科技有限公司、武汉青云趣团科技咨询服务有限公司、武汉青云美橙科技服务有限公司及湖南青云聚信数科控股等多家企业及其子公司。
其业务涵盖租赁、二手商品回收交易、综合电商平台及数字化信息服务等多个领域。公司采用线上线下相结合的发展模式，在全国范围内已建立超过300家联营门店。
