Vinci Partners Investments cut its dividend to 15 cents from 16 cents.
The new payout, equal to 60 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 6% based on Wednesday's closing price of $10.01.
The Brazil-based investment platforms said the lower dividend will be paid on March 27 to shareholders of record as of March 13.
