智通财经APP讯，城建设计(01599)公布，预期该集团2024年度取得收入约人民币 82.22亿元至人民币92.71亿元，同比下降约11%至21%;预期2024年净利润约人民币4.66亿元至人民币5.53亿元，同比下降约39%至49%。
董事会认为，前述收入及净利润下降的主要原因包括(i)近年来城市轨道交通行业政策调整，政府批复的城市轨道交通线路数量相应调整，集团设计业务规模有所下降;(ii)受宏观经济形势影响，集团市场拓展放缓，新开轨道施工工程转化率降低;及(iii)集团的重庆渝西快线施工项目已进入试运营期，施工收入相应降低等。
