Sipai Health Technology (HKG:0314) invested $49.5 million in a wealth management product offered by HSBC (HKG:0005), a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The product has an expected annual return rate of 4.43% and can be redeemed at any time.
As of Feb. 24, the health management company has subscribed to around $5.9 million in wealth management products from HSBC.
Shares of Sipai Health Technology were down nearly 4% in recent trade.
