专题：中字头券商航母来了？传中金、银河将合并

　　路透引述5位消息人士表示，内地券商中金公司（03908.HK）将与中国银河证券（06881.HK）合并，成为总资产规模高达1.4万亿元人民币的大型券商，将超过华泰证券（06886．HK）成为中国第三大券商，排在中信证券、及合并后的国泰君安和海通证券之后。

　　消息称，该合并计划已于几周前获得批准，可能会在未来几周内宣布。

　　中金公司、中国银河证券计划通过换股方式进行合并，而合并计划仍需得到监管部门和股东的批准。

　　事实上，因同属于汇金体系，中国银河证券、中金公司的合并预期由来已久。

　　不过，中金公司、中国银河昨晚先后刊发公告指出，未得到来自政府部门、监管机构或其股东等有关合并传闻的书面或口头的信息。两者经其与控股股东中央汇金投资确认，不存在筹划传闻所称事项，或其他涉及其应披露而未披露的重大事项。
