智通财经APP讯，有线宽频(01097)发布公告，于2025年2月28日，有线电视(作为借款人)接纳贷款人就循环信贷提出的经重续要约，以重续及修订循环信贷的条款。
根据经重续信贷函，除其他事项外，有线电视已承诺，公司的控股股东永升(亚洲)有限公司(“永升”)将持有公司已发行股份总数35%以上;是公司的单一最大股东;及继续由郑家纯博士担任其主要股东。如有违反上述契诺，则贷款人有权随时暂停、撤销或要求偿还所给予有线电视的各项信贷的全部或任何部分，或厘定是否准许就经重续信贷函授出的信贷进行提款。
此外，动用经重续信贷函项下信贷之一项先决条件是，Celestial Pioneer Limited向有线电视作出的垫款须为后偿性质。于本公告日期，永升持有公司已发行股份总数约43.22%，而Celestial Pioneer Limited则持有永升已发行股份总数72%。
