Pinestone Capital (HKG:0804) redesignated Zhu Zheping as the co-chairman of the board from chairman, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company also appointed Shi Zhu as the co-chairman of the board. Both changes are effective Wednesday, the filing said.
