VISION DEAL-Z(07827.HK) 公布，接获联交所上市委员会的函件，认为公司未能符合上市规则第18B.69条项下的公告截止期限，而且并无理由宽免遵守上市规则第18B.69条项下的规定。
公司表示，对上市委员会复核决定深感失望，无法同意上市科及上市委员会单方面采纳与第18B.69条的书面规则及公开可得的指引相矛盾的诠释，且公司资深大律师亦认为此乃错误行为。此外，其诠释从未曾以任何方式颁布或向市场或公司传达。公司重申，原特殊目的收购公司并购交易失效为不幸事件，已迅速果断地采取行动物色新的特殊目的收购公司并购目标，并获得股东全力支持以进行新的特殊目的收购公司并购交易。
公司认为，停牌决定及上市委员会复核决定并不公正，现正寻求专业意见及考虑上市委员会复核决定。公司证券自去年12月10日起停牌，并将续停牌至另行通知为止。(vc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
