波音公司宣布斯蒂芬妮·F·波普（Stephanie F． Pope）不再担任该公司首席运营官，她将继续担任波音商用飞机业务负责人。

　　波普于1994年在麦道公司开始职业生涯。她在1997年麦道公司与波音合并后进入波音公司。

　　波普在波音公司工作了近30年，曾担任多个重要职位，包括波音商用飞机公司的财务副总裁和财务总监，以及波音国防、太空与安全部门的财务监管职务。此外，她还是波音公司执行委员会成员，并担任波音女性领导力激励小组的执行赞助人，致力于推动性别多样性。

　　2022年4月至2023年12月，波普担任波音全球服务部门总裁兼首席执行官，负责全球供应链和零部件配送、飞机改装与维护、数字解决方案等业务。

　　2023年12月，波音公司任命她为首席运营官，负责推动公司供应链、质量、制造和工程卓越。

　　2024年3月，波普接替退休的斯坦·迪尔，成为波音商用飞机集团总裁兼首席执行官。
