智通财经APP讯，新兴光学(00125)发布公告，于2025年2月28日，公司的间接全资附属公司新达越南与承建商订立建筑合约，据此，承建商同意进行建筑工程，以新建一所厂房及其附属的设施，合约总额为321.91亿越南盾(相当于约984.44万港元)，代价可予调整(如有)。建筑工程包括设计及兴建位于越南隆安省勤德县隆定社顺道工业园扩建15号路D12地块的一所厂房及其附属的设施，包含(i)打桩及地基工程;(ii)结构工程;(iii)建筑工程;(iv)消防系统及(v)外部工程。建筑工程完工日期预计为2025年9月底。
