舍得酒业股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）董事会于近日收到公司副总裁兼首席财务官邹庆利先生的书面辞职报告，邹庆利先生因个人职业发展规划原因申请辞去公司副总裁兼首席财务官职务,辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。根据《公司法》《公司章程》及有关法律法规的规定，邹庆利先生的辞职自辞职报告送达董事会之日起生效。

邹庆利先生所负责的工作已妥善交接，其辞职不会影响公司正常经营。在公司正式聘任新的首席财务官之前，暂由公司总裁唐珲先生代行首席财务官职责。公司董事会将按相关规定尽快完成首席财务官的选聘工作，并及时履行信息披露义务。

邹庆利先生在任职期间恪尽职守、勤勉尽责，公司董事会对邹庆利先生在任职期间为公司经营发展、财务管理等方面做出的贡献表示衷心感谢！
