　　锦艺集团控股（00565）发布公告，预期截至2024年12月31日止6个月集团将转为取得盈利不超过约2700万港元，相比截至2023年12月31日止6个月的净亏损约为3800万港元。

　　公告称，转亏为盈主要是由于（i）终止租约的一次性收益约3.03亿港元及取消确认投资物业的递延税项负债拨回约1500万港元，由取消确认投资物业的亏损约2.76亿港元抵销；及（ii）议价收购一间附属公司的收益约1100万港元。
