智通财经APP讯，大同集团(00544)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度取得公司权益持有人应占净亏损约不少于4000万港元，相对截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得公司权益持有人应占净溢利约为567.2万港元。
公告称，董事会认为预期亏损主要归因于(i)冷冻仓库及相关服务业务的收入减少约22%;(ii)中国内地食品及饮料贸易及销售业务的收入减少约43%，而第(i)及(ii)项所述的收入减少主要是由于宏观经济环境充满挑战，从而削弱了对集团产品及服务的需求;以及(iii)并无2023年出售一间附属公司而取得的一次性收益。
