先健科技(01302.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属公司先健深圳于去年6月28日至今年2月27日期间，与招商银行签立结构性存款协议。据悉，先健深圳认购招商银行发行的保本浮动收益型结构性存款，本金金额总计为2.73亿元人民币。
公告指，该等结构性存款协议项下的认购事项为对暂时闲置资金的有效利用，回报合理，且该集团投资的本金金额乃由考虑其现金状况，营运资金需求及结构性存款的风险及回报后厘定。相对于中国商业银行一般情况下所提供的其他定期存款利率，结构性存款为先健深圳提供较佳的潜在回报以及100%保本保障。(js/w)
