金吾财讯 | 据外媒消息，激进股东Elliott投资管理公司正在敦促炼油厂Phillips 66(PSX)退出一家化学品合资企业，而雪佛龙(CVX)恰好有意收购Phillips 66在该合资企业中的股份。雪佛龙一直期望以合理价格扩大在石化产品领域的业务布局。若Phillips 66方面愿意，其与雪佛龙的合资公司Chevron Phillips Chemical Co.很可能会成为雪佛龙的收购目标。值得一提的是，雪佛龙和Phillips 66彼此对对方股权拥有优先购买权，即一方若出售股权，需先向对方提出交易。知情人士透露，雪佛龙有意买断相关股份的想法由来已久。不过，目前双方尚未展开谈判，Phillips 66是否愿意出售股份以及这些股份的价值，都还是未知数。
