四川能投发展附属公司出售屏山金屏49%股权 交易价1202万元
2月28日，四川能投发展（01713）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司屏山电力于2025年2月27日与金娇房地产开发签订股权转让协议，出售屏山金屏约49%股权，交易代价为1202万元。此次股权转让前，屏山电力持有屏山金屏49%股权，转让后本集团将不再持有屏山金屏任何股权。
根据独立估值机构的报告，屏山金屏在2024年6月30日的估值约为5360万元。股权转让的代价是通过评估估值、已分派利润、预留风险保证金及屏山商业地产售价等因素计算得出。股权转让预计将给公司带来约239万元的账面亏损，具体金额待审计确认。交易所得将用于公司的运营资金及业务发展。
