智通财经APP讯，京城佳业(02210)发布公告，公司预期于2024年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)取得集团年内溢利介乎人民币8100万元至人民币8680万元，较2023年同期约人民币1.16亿元减少25%至30%。
公告称，上文所述2024年度集团年内溢利的减少主要由于以下原因：第一，为获取市场份额，集团在物业管理项目的前期及品质维护投入加大;第二，根据《国际财务报告会计准则》及集团的会计政策，集团对未收回的应收账款计提了相应的减值准备。
