【韩国将作为临时组织运营的虚拟资产犯罪联合搜查组升格为正式部门】金色财经报道，据韩媒 SBS Biz 报道，韩国首尔南部地方检察厅已将作为临时组织运营的虚拟资产犯罪联合搜查组，升格为正式部门虚拟资产犯罪联合搜查部。联合调查组由检察机关工作人员、金融税务机关派出人员等34人组成。 该联合工作组于 2023 年 7 月根据《虚拟资产用户保护法》的颁布成立。《虚拟资产用户保护法》的制定是为了保护用户免受利用未公开的重要信息、价格操纵、不公平交易等不公平交易行为的侵害。
