智通财经APP讯，信达国际控股(00111)发布公告，于2025年2月26日，本公司作为借款人与银行订立一份融资函件(经修订融资函件)，银行将根据经修订融资函件的条款及条件向本公司提供4000万美元(或等值港元∕人民币)的经修订无承诺循环贷款融资(经修订贷款融资)，并对本公司控股股东的特定履约责任作出修订。银行将于2025年12月31日或之前，或银行认为合适的其他较早时间，对经修订贷款融资进行审阅。经修订融资函件将取代银行先前向本公司发出与经修订贷款融资相关的融资函件和安排。
