2月27日消息，港股内房股午后震荡回调上涨，碧桂园超13%领涨，世茂集团涨超10%，富力地产涨超6%，绿城中国涨超5%。
华泰证券表示，认为房地产“止跌回稳”是2025年要一鼓作气完成的目标，并不会半途而废。2025年将有望看到：1、一线及部分二线城市总体成交量（新房+二手房）有望稳中有升，其他城市逐步走向平稳；2、一线城市为代表的重点城市房价有望实现“止跌回稳”，同时这些城市的核心地段地价或将“稳中有升”；3、政策会加力护航“止跌回稳”之路，包括核心城市行政政策、房贷利率、去库存和城中村改造等的继续优化。
碧桂园一度涨超15%，现报0.45港元，成交额1.34亿。
消息面上，碧桂园集团日前召开年度工作会议，据报集团董事局主席杨惠妍在会上表示，上半年以保交房为主，近期首先是落实好节后的及时复工；下半年保交房和保主体并重，为2026年进入正常经营状态做好准备。她在会中多次提及‘信心’二字，对恢复正常经营非常有信心。
