消息面上，中旭未来公布，于2025年2月26日，公司间接全资附属公司香港远达未来有限公司(远达未来)与恺英网络股份有限公司(002517.SZ)(恺英网络)附属公司杭州恺兴网络科技有限公司(杭州恺兴)签订合作备忘录，拟共同投资极逸公司(暂定名，以工商登记名称为准)，共同推进AI大模型技术在游戏领域的发展。根据合作条款，远达未来的投资方式为货币出资，总计投入人民币1,000万元整，投后将持有标的公司10%的股权。标的公司主要业务为开发“形意”AI大模型和人工智能引擎在游戏、影视和其他泛娱乐领域的商业化应用。
公告称，通过签订本合作备忘录并开展与战略合作伙伴的战略合作，公司相信人工智能的多元化应用将提升集团的游戏发行及运营成效。利用“形意”AI大模型的技术支持，该集团可优化旗下游戏产品的发行及运营流程，降低运营成本。 AI技术的应用可助力集团实现精准营销，优化新游戏与研发商的对接及测试效率，加速新游戏上市速度。同时，使用AI辅助游戏开发与内容生成，有助于降低开发成本，提升游戏创意及玩家体验，助力集团实现品牌价值最大化。
