瑛泰医疗投资1亿元设立辰耀新晨基金
2月27日，瑛泰医疗（01501）发布公告，公司与上海科投股份、辰耀企业及其他有限合伙人订立合伙协议，设立辰耀新晨基金并进行投资。公司将以有限合伙人的身份投资该基金，认缴出资1亿元。辰耀新晨基金的主要目标是通过对医疗器械公司进行股权投资实现投资回报。截至公告日期，该基金尚未物色到任何投资目标。
根据合伙协议，辰耀新晨基金的总认缴出资为3.1亿元，其中上海科投股份认缴5000万元，占16.1290%；辰耀企业认缴1000万元，占3.2258%；其他有限合伙人中，公司认缴1亿元，占32.2581%。该基金的存续期为六年，前三年为投资期，后面三年为退出期，期间不得进行新的投资。合伙协议的签署被认为将有助于公司在医疗及生物技术等行业的战略发展和市场地位的巩固。
