智通财经APP讯，WKK INTL (HOLD)(00532)发布公告，集团预期于2024年度将取得公司权益持有者的应占合并净亏损约1.91亿港元至2.15亿港元之间，相比之2023年取得公司权益持有者应占净亏损为1.328亿港元。
根据现有的资料，该减少主要归因于以下因素：
(1)集团位于台湾的贸易及分销部附属公司于2024年表现不佳，此乃由于客户减少订单以缩减其库存及资本支出。因此，此部门于2024年录得的营业额较2023年轻微下降。相比之下，该部门于中国的附属公司于2024年内表现良好，较2023年有所提升，此乃由于其客户增加产能及订单。因此，贸易及分销部仍能于2024年产生适量的经营溢利，惟低于2023年之水平。
(2)尽管集团的原产品制造部于2024年的营业额略有增长，惟2024年的经营亏损较2023年有所增加。这首先是由于产品组合的变化所致。其次，该部门的墨西哥制造设施于2024年下半年未如预期达到最佳运行效率。效率低下主要是由于当地员工的劳动素质所致，以及无法从附近国家采购关键组件，导致仍需从中国内地采购。
(3)集团继续受到全球经济衰退以及当前的贸易及地缘政治紧张局势的不利影响。2024年整体维持高利率导致集团的融资成本净额相比2023年维持在同样高的水平。
