　　达势股份（01405）早盘涨超6%，盘中高见99.55港元，较招股价46港元已实现翻倍。截至发稿，股价上涨4.43%，现报97.90港元，成交额2338.77万港元。

　　达美乐披萨近日宣布在全球关闭205家亏损门店，其中172家位于日本。但达美乐在中国持续扩张，2024年上半年，达美乐比萨在中国的独家总特许经营商达势股份净增146家门店，并计划于2024年开设240家门店。

　　太平洋证券指出，达势UE模型逐步优化，且仍有大量新兴市场处于渗透早期，未来随公司门店扩张加速，规模效应进一步提升，业绩有望迎来弹性增长。预计未来3年门店数量翻倍，收入CAGR达30%+。考虑到比萨行业前景广阔，公司作为比萨行业龙头企业正处于高速发展初期，在同行业内具备较高成长性，首次覆盖给予2025年2.3倍PS估值。
