　　中旭未来公布，于2025年2月26日，公司间接全资附属公司香港远达未来有限公司（远达未来）与恺英网络股份有限公司（002517.SZ）（恺英网络）附属公司杭州恺兴网络科技有限公司（杭州恺兴）签订合作备忘录，拟共同投资极逸公司（暂定名，以工商登记名称为准），共同推进AI大模型技术在游戏领域的发展。根据合作条款，远达未来的投资方式为货币出资，总计投入人民币1，000万元整，投后将持有标的公司10%的股权。标的公司主要业务为开发“形意”AI大模型和人工智能引擎在游戏、影视和其他泛娱乐领域的商业化应用。
