智通财经APP讯，建中建设(00589)发布公告，于审核2023年年度业绩期间，董事会及本公司审核委员会(审核委员会)已收到本公司核数师(核数师)日期为2025年2月19日的函件(核数师函件)，其中核数师要求(其中包括)审核委员会须成立独立调查委员会;及委聘独立专业顾问以就(其中包括)本集团与本公司控股股东所控制公司之间的若干关联方交易，及本集团日常营运过程中使用第三方银行账户的若干情况进行独立调查(调查)。
收到核数师函件后，本公司已立即采取相应行动。审核委员会于2025年2月24日成立独立调查委员会(独立调查委员会)，初步成员包括王华平女士、傅斌杰先生及范巍先生，均为独立非执行董事。王华平女士获委任为独立调查委员会主席。独立调查委员会的职责及目的为委托及带领独立专业顾问就核数师要求处理的核数问题进行调查。
截至本公告日期，独立调查委员会正在物色合适的独立专业顾问。本公司将在切实可行的情况下尽快就委任及委聘独立专业顾问;及调查进展及结果刊发进一步公告。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
