悦达国际控股(00629.HK) 公布，旗下间接全资附属悦达商业保理于周五(28日)，与瑞发订立反向保理协议。
据披露，悦达商业保理同意向瑞发提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务，并授予反向循环信贷限额5,000万元人民币，年利率及保理管理费之和为8%至9%，自今年3月1日起生效及于2027年1月11日到期。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
