近日，建设银行广州开发区分行作为主承销商，联合中国农业银行、中国银行、中国工商银行、交通银行，成功协助中国南方电网在银行间债券市场发行2025年全国首单央企绿色中期票据。该笔债券票面金额10亿元，期限4.66年，利率1.75%，创南方电网集团中期票据最低发行利率，募集资金将全部用于智能电网项目建设。

本期绿色中期票据募投项目为阳江三山岛海上风电柔直输电工程（陆上工程），属于绿色产业项目，经测算，募投项目所属区域电网通过线损率降低预计每年可实现减排CO2（当量）4.57万吨，实现节能量（替代标煤量）2.18万吨，二氧化硫减排量6.02吨，氮氧化物减排量9.64吨，颗粒物减排量1.23吨。项目的建设不但满足项目地自身能源及经济发展需求，同时对国家调整能源结构、缓解环境污染等方面有重要意义。

据了解，阳江三山岛海上风电柔直输电工程是国家示范项目，是全国首例陆海统筹建设的±500千伏大容量柔直电力输送项目，也是南方电网广东电网公司统筹陆上电网和海上电网资源，推进“再造一个新广东电网”战略的重大项目。
