Bamboos Health Care Fiscal H1 Attributable Profit Falls as Revenue Plummets 21%

Bamboos Health Care Holdings (HKG:2293) recorded a profit attributable to equity holders of HK$14.0 million in the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, lower than HK$15.8 million from a year earlier.

Earnings per share attributable to equity holders stood at HK$0.0251 for the reporting period, compared with HK$0.0428 for the year-ago period, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.

The healthcare staffing solutions company's revenue was HK$39.5 million, 20.5% lower than HK$49.7 million a year ago, attributable to a decreased revenue from the provision of healthcare staffing solution services.

The board recommended an interim dividend of HK$0.025 per share, compared with HK$0.050 per share from the last year. The dividend will be paid on March 21 to the shareholders on record as of March 14.
