2月27日，第一太平（00142）发布公告，PLDT截至2024年12月31日止年度的经审计综合财务业绩已获董事会批准，并于2025年2月27日向菲律宾证券交易所及纽约证券交易所提交。PLDT为公司主要营运联营公司，公司持有其25.6%的经济权益。
