2月27日，香港证监会在东区裁判法院对商人黄柏鸣(男)展开刑事法律程序，指其就传递娱乐有限公司(01326)(前称天马影视)的股份进行内幕交易。

香港证监会指，大约在2017年8月25日至2017年10月17日期间，黄柏鸣涉嫌怂使或促致另一名人士进行天马影视的股份交易，而他当时为天马影视的主席兼控股股东，掌握了他知道属有关天马影视的内幕消息的消息。

被告暂时无须答辩，案件押后至2025年3月27日。

黄获准保释，条件是他：缴交20万港元的保释金；于所提供的住址居住，并在住所有变更前通知警方；及在离港前24小时通知香港证监会。

资料显示，天马影视于2012年10月31日在香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)创业板上市，并于2015年1月9日转往联交所主板上市。2017年10月黄柏鸣卖盘，以4.86亿元出售58.71%股权予富力地产(02777)联席董事长兼行政总裁张力的儿子张量。在黄柏鸣出售其于天马影视的控股权益后，该公司自2018年3月13日起易名为传递娱乐有限公司。

2019年传递娱乐发布公告，该公司董事会宣布，由于黄柏鸣需投入更多时间处理其他业务事宜，已提出辞任该公司执行董事的辞呈，自2019年4月1日起生效。
