Xinjiang Daqo New Energy (SHA:688303) swung to an attributable loss of 2.72 billion yuan in 2024, from a profit of 5.76 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The Chinese polysilicon maker swung to a loss per share of 1.27 yuan, from earnings per share of 2.70 yuan in the previous year.
Operating income declined 55% to 7.41 billion yuan from 16.3 billion yuan a year earlier.
